Just as with Jezebel in Rev.2.20, sensual worship usually acts as Satan's tool not only to promote sexual impurity, but also as a smokescreen especially for ecumenism with idolatry and sterile unbelief, it fosters as well as springs from loose doctrine, silences the Lord's own voice of loving warning and renders the churches effeminate, crippled and weak (and part 2).
This is Balaam's counsel (Num.31.16, Jude 11-13), and it has devastated the witness of the Lord's people in the UK. Stay away!
