The Christian Institute's new Charter for Open Air Preachers is a jewel and a vital guide to current legislation and good practice both for preachers and law enforcement.

Guidance is also available from the Christian Legal Centre on the same subject

There have been a series of successful defences against malicious prosecutions of open air preachers in the UK. (By God's grace)

It is a fine sight to see the minister of the Gospel marched off by the servant of the law! It excites sympathy for him, and the next step is sympathy for his message.
